Hi Maree, you must cut out tee and drink vital rooibos it is healthy and you can drink as much as you like.Tastes really good with sugar and without.I can`t have sugar and am only allowed advantage if I use it.

Hi Maree. I'm not really a baby boomer as such but look forward to learning from other artists out there. I've got a hang of a lot on my calendar at the moment so I don't want to commit to much more for now. But I will be keeping tabs on new events and hope to join in the fun soon!

Hi Maree. Yeah, I like art, but not that kind of art she's supposedly offering! I have been making porcelain dolls for 18 years, as well as any arty stuff that you can think of. Had a wonderful business in Nylstroom for 18 years, moved to JHB 2 years ago, and am only starting to adapt now. Busy every single day, I,ve got four jobs - I work for myself. I am a debt counsellor, still repair porcelain dolls, sell the galvanic spa which acts like a face lift, and do mlm with direct advantage (a wonderfull card where you get discount every time you visit a shop like Pick and Pay, Game Woolworths etc, and earn commission on the people that joins you.

Writing is 90% perspiration and 10% inspiration, to borrow a phrase. I am a journalist so I have had articles published but I work on a commercial basis so none of it is creative. I have written poetry since I was 14 but none of that has been published because I haven't bothered (I may put it up on my blogsite or not). The trick to writing is to set aside time and do it, whether you feel like it or not, it's a discipline like any other work. No idea how to do e-books, if you find out please let me know too because I would love to publish my training manuals and earn money from my hard work!

Thanks for the note and I agree it will be great to exchange ideas I started this in November of last year after I was made redundant.
